Qualitative Filter Paper (Whatman Grade 4) is a high-flow cellulose filter paper designed for CBRN laboratories, field analysis units, and chemical research facilities to perform fast qualitative analytical separations, biological fluid clean-up, and air pollution monitoring applications.

With a particle retention of 20–25 µm, a filtration rate of 37 seconds (Herzberg), 92 gsm weight, and 0.06% ash content, Grade 4 offers excellent retention of coarse particles and gelatinous precipitates — available in circles, sheets, rolls, and prepleated formats for improved flow rate and loading capacity.
