Description
Glass Wool for Laboratory Use (Silane Treated) is a high-purity silanised glass fibre material designed for CBRN laboratories, field analytical units, and chemical research facilities to support GC inlet liner plugging, packed column preparation, solvent desorption tubes, thermal desorption tubes, and purge trap applications.
Available in four grades — silanised for general use, pesticide grade for organochlorine and organophosphorous analytes, phosphoric acid treated for acidic compounds such as barbiturates and free fatty acids, and non-treated for user-specific deactivation — the wool provides versatile, inert support for retaining packed beds and improving sample vaporisation without contaminating the analytical column. It complements our wider range of CBRN laboratory setup equipment and reflects international best practices in CBRN laboratory organisation and analytical sample preparation.
