Comfort Cooling Vest CVP 5220 — an essential self-contained cooling vest designed for CBRN operators, industrial safety teams, and first-responder programmes requiring sustained thermal management when working in high-temperature environments or encapsulated protective suits.

The CVP 5220 uses 20 integrated PCM (Phase Change Material) elements to deliver automatic cooling once skin temperature exceeds 28°C — with no pre-freezing or water immersion required — providing up to 4 hours of performance per use and regenerating within 4 hours at normal storage temperatures. Slim enough to be worn beneath gas-tight chemical suits or fire brigade clothing, it is available in four sizes (S/M to XXXXL/XXXXXL) and fits naturally within our range of CBRN protective equipment, supporting best practices in CBRN operational safety and field exercise design.
