PM1703MO-II BT Personal Radiation Detector — an advanced gamma-only personal radiation detector (PRD) designed for customs and border control agencies, hazmat and CBRNE teams, first responders, and homeland security units requiring fast and reliable detection of radioactive materials in the field.

The PM1703MO-II BT uses a high-sensitivity scintillator to measure personal dose rates up to 300 µSv/h, with a norm-suppression algorithm delivering colour-coded alarms to distinguish natural from man-made radiation sources, a dedicated 0–9 unitless scale for minimal operator training, and audible, visual, and vibration alerts — all housed in a shockproof IP65-rated case rated from -40°C to 50°C with up to 1000 hours of battery life and Bluetooth/USB connectivity via the free Polismart® app. It sits within our wider range of CBRN radiological detection equipment and supports best practices in CBRN radiological response and field exercise design.
