Each kit includes 12 × 60 ml Nalgene bottles for primary sample containment, 12 × 12 ml glass vials fitted inside the Nalgene bottles for direct liquid collection, and 12 × disposable pipettes for safe single-use liquid transfer — a nested glass-in-Nalgene design that provides dual-layer leak protection and preserves both personnel safety and sample integrity throughout the evidence chain.
